BULKEX NEWS OCTOBER 2018

Welcome to the latest news about BULKEX 2018 from the Materials Handling Engineers’ Association (MHEA).  All our latest news can be found on our website www.bulkex.co.uk and on our social media channel on Twitter @BULKEX18.

Just over a week to go until Shaping the Future BULKEX 2018

With just over a week to go before Shaping the Future, BULKEX 2018 takes place, last minute preparations are taking place at the MHEA and exhibitors and attendees up and down the country.  This year, the only event for the bulk materials handling industry is free-to-attend which means it’s easier than ever to make sure you attend – and bring your colleagues along too.  You can register for BULKEX 2018 here.

STOP PRESS: Last few stands remain

We’re down to our last few stands for next week’s exhibition and if you’ve got the vision to make it happen, we’re ready to take your call.  Our conference programme alone makes exhibiting at BULKEX fantastic value so if this is something you’d like to do, there’s still time.  Please call Teresa on 01787 226995 or email her at secretary@mhea.co.uk for more details, but hurry, BULKEX takes place next week Wednesday 17 – Thursday 18 October at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham, so don’t delay.

MHEA 80th Anniversary Gala Dinner and Excellence Awards Wednesday 17 October 2018

We have a full programme for our 80th Anniversary Gala Dinner, with after-dinner speaker comedian John Stiles, son of Manchester United and England great, Nobby Stiles MBE.   John is a former professional footballer who played for Leeds United and Doncaster Rovers, before injury cut short his playing career.   The MHEA Excellence Awards take place the same evening and if you would now like to attend, please contact the MHEA on 01787 226995 or email Julie at secretary@mhea.co.uk.  More details here.

Fantastic conference programme expected

With 12 high calibre speakers from ports, the rail and steel industries, waste management, education, hazard, engineering and government, the conference programme Shaping the Future is set to be the best one yet.  For more information on our speakers, please look here.
