Fairport Engineering Ltd was commissioned by a major food manufacturer to design a small water treatment plant to enhance the quality and supply of potable water to one of their processing plants. The Materials Handling Engineers Association has appointed a new president, John Connolly, who will hold the post for the next two years. John, who has been Vice President for two years and a member of the MHEA’s Executive Committee for several years, took up the role at the AGM in October.
